Bad computer day........

The laptop I have been using has gradually been dying - one thing after another stopping, and now the sound has gone!  Really good when you are doing presentations with music incorporated into them! So....I bought a new laptop today and am trying to figure out how to use it - its amazing that even to connect a data projector, I have to buy another lead........so you buy a computer and by the time you get all the programmes on it and get the leads you need it costs a lot!!!
