My poor hat

Elle est  morte  :(   I accidentally put her into the washer and she came out as thick as Bull's lugs boo hoo.I am devastated. Not only that, the Black dye coloured the other clothes.I brought it back with me from Nepal when I did a trek there in 20O3. Nobody was wearing them until all of a sudden PRIMARK had them for sale.She has kept me warm  ever since. Do I throw her out or shave my  hair off to make it  fit ?

P.S Last time I killed my Mobile by doing the same thing :(
