Making Kimchi

A busy day today, but busy in a good way.
I had some students to examine, then worked on the project and when I finished it we went to sauna to rewards ourselves.

Feeling amazingly refreshed and anew I started working on another batch of kimchi. This onion is going to be a part of it.
