Good work undone...?

Have had a super busy day today as it was the dress rehearsal of school production of Wind in the Willows. Ate my lunch on the go whilst turning normal looking children into Ratty, Moley, Badger and Toad.
Went to Zumba this evening and had a good workout, although I may have cancelled all that out as went for dinner and had cheesecake for pudding....surely the calorie count would have been zero after all the hard work...?
