The Day That Music Died

57 years ago today Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and the Big Bopper all tragically died too young. Sadly never saw him, too young although he did play in Lancashire and I have recently met someone who was there (Wigan).  I did manage to see Don McLean whose American Pie recalled the time.
I also saw this evening a tv prog. on more4 showing CRM works and the sad state of the Glasgow School of Art. which included our own Blipper Stuart Robertson at the Hill House.
