1. Develop heart fibrillations
2. Have pacemaker inserted
3. Take Warfarin to thin blood
4. Wait 3 years
5. Attempt picture-framing
6. Cut finger on glass
7. Use sticking plaster
8. Fail to staunch flow so don surgical glove
9. Wait five minutes
10. Take photo
11. Make it more gory in Photoshop
