Blot on the landscape

A walk to the end of our lane and back this afternoon. This is a shot of the village church taken towards the far end of the walk; although it looks as though the wind turbines are right next to it the church is about a mile away and the turbines are about another two miles further on. Fortunately, we cannot see them from the village itself (or at least, from our side of the village) and whilst I don't hate them as much as some people do, lets just say I preferred the view when they weren't there.
