Tricky Dicky
I met two Margarets in Leicester today. We'd all done the OU's now defunct T189 digital photography course back in 2010.
It's a testimony to how much we all enjoyed it that not only we remain in touch, but also with several others, in person, or via flickr or facebook.
T189 hasn't exactly died, but it has transmuted into the preparatory course offered by the Royal Photographic Society to prepare candidates for the LRPS distinction.
We had coffee at the White Rose cafe next to the Guildhall, before Margaret M left. Then Margaret D and I enjoyed something Indian at Mirch Masala before she had to catch her train back to London.
On the way back to the car park, I caught this view of Richard III lifting his crown outside the cathedral.
I was stung by a £12 parking charge. Parking in Leicester is a ridiculous price. Park and Ride is an unreliable resource after dark.
Then to East Leake for ELAPs Juniors auditions for their entry into the NANDA Youth Theatre Festival in May.
