Dreams Really Do Come True

Today was a fabulous fun day at the Museum of Flight in Seattle. If you love the space program, planes from every era, a fabulous tribute to world war one and two aviation, the guts of planes, and so much more it is a must see. This tribute was at one of the entrances to the building.

The first extra is what the Boeing company in Seattle looked liked when my great grandfather worked there over 80 years ago.

The second extra is a doggie door on Air Force One. The plane that we were allowed to walk through was used from the President Eisenhower to President Nixon.

The third extra is the guts of a jet engine. Part of the industrial geek in me.

The fourth extra is a small part of the main hanger or the museum.

I took over 100 photos today and could easily blip over half of them. We spent nearly 5 hours looking, reading, laughing, learning, and much needed relaxing.
