Volcanoes

This is what is called...'the center of the Rio Grande Rift...this area lies between two dynamic fault lines or cracks in the Earth's crust...The Eastern Edge are the Sandia Mountains and to the West the Rio Puerco." This picture is from one of the volcanoes looking East toward the Sandia Mountains. Walking to this volcanoe or the other two is a good work out.
