Anticipation

Day 2 at Porters and another cracker. Sunny, no wind, no crowds, fantastic!

I spent the morning in the café working. $22.50 for pre-paid 6 coffees (didn't drink them all today!), free wi-fi and a lovely place to hang out and work. My new "office"! Then picked Adam up from the ski programme at 12, we had lunch, and then off skiing.

All over the mountain, including Adams new favourite the jump park, finishing off with a run with the area manager down Big Mama. Been a year or two since I'd skied it, was somewhat apprehensive with a fearless 10 year old, threading thru rocks, before a massive downhill. But he coped amazingly well. It's experts only territory ...

Lots of fab scenics, but I loved the anticipation in this shot, skiers will know it, where's the next turn ...

Then back to the city, picked up the car, home for literally 5 minutes out to dinner, and now home again and an early night. Yawn ...!
