Potholing

I spent the morning in Boston and bought some Wash mussels for lunch.  These have to be purified in tanks before sale but were full and tasty when cooked with shallots and parsley.  Mrs TT is in Essex till dinner time so I am on cooking duty so have decided on a Thai fish curry with peppers and broccoli.  I walked in the afternoon.  They are filling pot holes at the edges of the farm roads but the tractors will soon churn up the loose tarmac fillings.
