Flower Friday
We visited our friend, David in hospital today. He is continuing his fight with cancer of the oesophagus and had two stents fitted earlier in the week to help him with eating.
Unfortunately, they found that one of his lungs is full of fluid, causing difficulty with his breathing so he is feeling rather poorly at the moment.
On a brighter note, Tess's Dad was a lot brighter when we called in this afternoon.
Another grey day with little opportunity for outdoor blips, so thank goodness for Flower Friday. This is part of a bouquet in our dining room. It gave me the chance to turn off Auto and experiment with different apertures and shutter speeds, encouraged by the A Year With My Camera course.
