Hign on a hill

lives a lonely goat herd.....

or in this case high on a mill lives a lonely goat...... I love this weather vane and it has been on my list of things to photo for a couple of years. Drummonds mill was too, and that is no more ( after a major fire last week)  so I made sure that I offered to go to Greggs in Bradford today for the butty (pasty) run as it happens to be just next to this. I will go back and take it again with blue sky behind it, but I am happy now that I have it in the bag. The Mill is empty , and in major disrepair but was at one time British Mohair Holdings, I hope it is redeveloped and this wonderful weather vane saved.
