Garlicky Chicken Curry

Had Garlicky Curry Chicken with Cajun Butternut Squash...

First attempt at this curry. Messed it up a tad didn't have chopped tomatoes in the cupboard and I only used 350g of chicken but never reduced the stock or coconut milk so it didn't boil down as much... Bloody lovely though... The wife got loads of sauce left for work now as well!
