Workshop !

Wow ... I have had a wonderful day doing a Switch To Manual workshop in Edinburgh with our very own Rich Dyson! Thank you again Rich and of course LOADS of thanks to my beloved N for the gift of the workshop in the first place.
I have learned about using shutter speed, aperture and ISO to get the light correct, different compositional techniques and had loads of practise. I got more confident [ and felt less silly] as the hours went by and now feel I could probably describe myself as ' consciously competent' as Rich described it.
This photo and the extras are some of my attempts. Fantastic fun! I would recommend this workshop to anyone :)
