In the good books

Bailey allowed a lie-in this morning which meant that I got to stay in bed with my book and a cup of tea. I was quite happy to delay our walk with very wet and windy weather for most of the morning and the afternoon too. I eventually got going to head out for a food shop. Bailey came as well but didn't entirely like being left in the car. More reading and avoiding the weather this afternoon with Bailey sleeping the day away on the spare bed. And tonight has been catch up telly. A day of doing very little was just what was required.
