Shrinkage

As I tuck into my delicious very cherry Sorbet, I contemplate the wretched diet I am trying to follow.

It turns out I'm not very good at being disciplined.

Before dinner I weighed myself, the first time since just before Xmas, I got rather excited as I thought I'd lost a further 5lbs so I celebrated with a glass of presecco.

Only to find when I read the ticket properly that I'd not lost anything, and noticed it was 2inchs on my height!

It's all shrinkage in the wrong places!
