Picton magical mailboat tour

Back blip.
I didn't remember Picton much at all, despite being here nearly 20 years ago, but after seeing the "pineapple" style palm trees again, it all came flooding back.
We had a bit of a wander around the town and then went on the mail-boat run. This is where a boat takes out the mail and supplies to the remote locations around Marlborough sound. the route changes daily and normally there are visitors waiting at the quayside at each location, often with either children or animals in tow.
On this, very windy day, we did not encounter much wildlife apart from the abundance of dogs.....oh, and three wild pigs!
