Costly coloured glass

I am determined to do some of the Dickens Challenge even if everyday Blipping is too much for me with no readily available internet.
This coloured glass is not 'costly' in terms of money because it was a gift from our very talented friend, Nicola. In another sense it is very costly because what is more valuable than friendship?
