Ripon Cathedral

This is Ripon Cathedral towering above a row of terraced houses alongside the River Skell. For such a small city, Ripon Cathedral is a pretty impressive building.
Just behind where this shot was taken is the basin at the end of the Ripon canal. (see extra). This is somewhere I have never explored before, so perhaps a future "blipportunity". (Have I coined a new word there?)
