Marmalade Day

The weather was....just awful!! Gales and persistent rain ALL day.
So I got down to making my first batch of marmalade. I say first, because we (mostly JF) get through almost 20lbs over the year, so the 7lbs I made today will not be enough!
But I've got a nice new maslin, or jam pan this year, which made it a bit less sticky and frantic to make!!
In between the chopping and boiling I made 36 cup cakes!
Why? The reasons will be revealed shortly!
