Double the yum.

If, like me, you think the yoke is the best part then it's yum yum. Our newest chicken has only been laying for a couple of weeks and is having trouble getting it right. Today she laid a soft shelled egg and a yoke next to it. However, when she does manage, like this one laid on Sunday, she does it in style!
