What A Difference 2 Years Makes

My blip today is a "before and now" in the life of our pond.

Exactly 2 years ago the stream at the end of our garden flooded and our pond got a top-up. This year in spite of all the rain there had been no top up so the water level is very low.  Ducks are still flying in and looking to nest but we seem to have lost all our moorhens...not sure why, as they have been a constant in our pond's life.
