Spitting Image

This is a very old photo of my Dad. It was taken at the start of WW2, he was in the Merchant Navy . The extra photo was taken 1948/9  on the site of a local munitions arsenal ,when it was being demolished.  Some years later, I was told this was where my father met my mother at a newly developed factory.
