A cake you will love!
Here is the prescription. 8 bits
Ingredients
150g butter
100g almond
2 tsp cardamom seeds
2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 pcs eggs
2 1/2 cups flours
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch of salt
Topping
75g flaked almonds
2 cups whipping cream
Icing sugar
Butter shape
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Melt the butter. Grate the almond paste. Grind the cardamom seeds.
Mix all the ingredients for the cake in a bowl.
Fasten a parchment paper in the bottom of a springform, about 20 cm in diameter. Grease the inside of the edges.
Pour batter into pan and bake then in the middle of the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Let the cake cool.
Toast the almond flakes in a pan. Drain on a plate and let cool.
Whip the cream lightly.
Spread the cream over the cooled cake. Sprinkle with almond flakes and dust with a little icing sugar. Ready to serve!
