Smile for the camera

We celebrated Chinese New Year's Eve with an amazing dinner prepared by Jordan and Sandy - photos to follow later this week.

We had birthday cake (and presents) for dessert and then we tried to capture a photo of the kids with their children... I think this one captures the chaos of the last couple of days pretty well. So much fun!

As the start of the Spring Festival, Chinese New Year's Eve is the most important celebration in China. People travel long distances to gather with family for the annual Reunion Dinner. All of our children were here with their families and my niece, who is living and studying in Montreal, also joined us. A perfect celebration.
