One for the pot?

Went fishing today (first time this year), this was fish number two, fish number one was a very small and foolish roach.
This is a slightly bigger (but still gullible) tench.

Recipe for baked tench.
Clean and wash the fish well then sprinkle with cracked black pepper, a pinch of salt, some flat leafed parsley, chopped garlic chives and some fresh thyme.
Add a squirt of lemon juice and then wrap in corrugated cardboard, then in foil and bake in a moderate oven for 40 mins.
Open the foil, discard the fish and eat the corrugated cardboard!
