Tea and cake

Sunshine, heavy showers and increasing winds can sum up today. As I write, the wind is really howling; Storm Imogen is on the way. Storm force 11/12 forecast, depending on which forecast you read. Eekk!
My friend L and I finally managed to catch up today. It has been weeks since we've seen each other and it was lovely to see her. Isn't it lovely when someone else makes you a pot of tea? We went some way in putting the world right, but decided that we needed more time, so we are meeting up again in half term. More cake will be required. :-) These were the flowers in the reception of the hotel we visited today.
