Scones the Paul Hollywood way

New recipe today using strong flour and what a difference it made

J arrived home this afternoon after a week away with his mates skiing in Italy and brought back a weeks worth of gopro video footage which was most informative. Obviously we have just watched the highlights!

He had a late dinner at 4, went upstairs and fell asleep, came back down 2 hours later asking what was for tea. I'd forgotten how much he eats! Another hour later and he took himself off to bed again delaying going back to Ulverston until tomorrow. Clearly a good holiday then
