Prawn katsu burger

This sad photo is the remains of what was a very delicious burger! It was so tasty in fact that I had inhaled it before I remembered I wanted a picture!

The burger was made from prawns, spring onion, some cornflour and egg white, covered in breadcrumbs and shallow fried.

It was served in a brioche bun with chilli mayo and a cabbage slaw.

Super tasty, super easy and super quick! I am in love!
