1.045

I had the opportunity to brew today, so brewed a pale hoppy ale made with Sorachi Ace hops. Should be a nice clear golden colour once it has fermented. Its a touch turbid here due to proteins etc. from the brewing process that haven't settled out yet.

I checked the specific gravity, and it was a touch high (about 1.050 here, so liquor back to reach my desired 1.045). I don't do strong beer really, so a nice 4.4% beer should do nicely, thankyouverymuch.
