In the night garden

Why was I blipping at 11 pm outside?
1. OH was checking the security light still works
2. There was free wine with the meal when we met our friends
3. I just wanted to see the effect on a photo
4. As the light is so bright I wanted to see how many neighbours would wake up (None so don't worry if you're a blipping burglar)
