Super Bowl Sunday supper

Superbowl Sunday Supper veg-style: buffalo hot cauliflower in 'roaring forties' blue cheese. Mushroom superspiced chili piled with old cheddar; guacamole; sour cream, and salsa. Organic corn Nacho on the side.
