Gold DofE Expedition Day 1 - Craig Cerrig-gleisiad
Craig Cerrig-gleisiad is a subsidiary summit of Fan Fawr in the Brecon Beacons National Park, South Wales. It makes up half of the Craig Cerrig-gleisiad and Fan Frynych National Nature Reserve.
It is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and provides one of the few habitats for arctic-alpine plants.
The area is a classic glacial cwm and the ledges of the main crag have been a favoured nesting site for peregrine falcons.
