Starter

This is my brandied fruit starter for a Friendship Fruit Cake. It is quite a process, but promises to be very good. I have had my fruit fermenting for a week now, so have a way to go. It promises to be one of the best fruit cakes ever...not like the solid brick type that are around at Christmas time. We'll see how it goes.
