A new development at The Bull Ring in Birmingham!

Sorry but it's another Selfridges shot but I'd just heard about a new barrier to prevent shoppers from escaping from the Bull Ring. This hapless soul was caught futilely testing it's effectiveness. Why bother, get back in and get shopping!!!
