Early Start

The forester likes to be on the water early so this morning I got up too and held the boat in the water while he put the trailer back behind the ute.  Launching from this hard sand beach was easy this week because the waves were small.  Some mornings he did it by himself.  I then practiced long exposures trying to freeze the movement of the waves and clouds.  No one on the beach until a about seven a.m. when the first of the walkers came out.
Extra: at the top of the road we were staying on is the most photogenic collection of plants/weeds
