Busy day of sport watched on TV today. Rugby; football and the superbowl which finished at 3.30am here. Can't believe I managed to fit a photograph, the weekly shop and watch the final episode of War and Peace into all that. My circadian clock is now completely out of sync.

This is first thing in the morning isn't it? Just not sure which morning...
