The Harry Potter Tour

Before I talk about today's photo. I've been away for a few days supervising a Gold DofE Expedition in Wales. So I've back blipped since Thursday. Take a look!

Today I've been to Watford, to the Warner Brothers Studio on the Harry Potter Tour. The fans amongst you will know that today's photo is of the 'Magic is Might' statue in the Ministry of Magic. For the non fans here's some info!

The Magic is Might monument was a black stone statue created after the Death Eaters took over the Ministry of Magic on 1 August, 1997. It replaced the Fountain of Magical Brethren and was located in the Atrium of the Ministry of Magic Headquarters. The "Magic is Might" monument depicts a witch and wizard sitting on carved thrones made of the bodies of Muggles twisted and pressed together to support the thrones and each Muggle with an ugly face.
