Black bread

There was great excitement when Dan Lepard's Short & Sweet arrived in the post this morning. I have spent most of the day looking at it and comparing the recipes with other ones I know. While recognising that I really didn't need another cookery book, especially another baking book, I have to say this one is fantastic! It's not just the recipes that make this great it's all the wee tips and explanations that I love. I'm also fascinated with his way of kneading, quick, light & often.
This is Black Bread, really interesting list of ingredients.... and it's delicious.
