A bit of a let down

Today is Rosenmontag, THE day of this 5 day Karneval celebration when the big parades take place, but not this year.

With forecast storm heading in our direction and 100kmh winds threatened, many of the parades were cancelled inlcuding that in Düsseldorf, although not the one in Köln (which can surely only increase the bickering between the two cities).
