Ben Venue from Loch Achray

Although it was a bit wet first thing this morning, we banked on drier weather coming in and headed out through Callander and on to Loch Katrine. The sun came out and we were treated to this great view of Ben Venue complete with snow cap.
On up to Loch Katrine and a stroll along the loch side. Very nice in the sun (we could feel the warmth) but a bit chilly in the shade.
Seem to have picked up a sniffle, feeling a touch rough and going through paper hankies like a rocket. Hot drinks and paracetamol are the order of the day!
