..........how much stuff?........

Yesterday, following Saturday's dinner out, I went off to see the boys in the morning.............the S & H tribe came for a roast chicken dinner............and in the evening I went for a beer and a game of Dominoes with D and B. (We alternate between doms and cribbage on a weekly basis).

By the time I got home the date had turned.........so I  missed my blip by about three minutes.....but I took this any way.

5 large bags, four smaller bags and a box.........the Boss' clothes, shoes, handbags, books, DVDs and CDs..........all being donated to the local hospice. I haven't got rid of everything.....some items are just too personal........some are being turned into cushions (see previous blips)........... and some are going to female relatives.....but it's another small step into my new life.

There are other ideas in the pipeline...........organising a fishing club for school........last night D proposed a once a month Grandad's lunch for himself, B and me.....further afield than just our two local pubs, one of us in turn doing the driving........maybe even a pet again.............and I  am going to visit Helen's brothers more regularly...........and of course the S & H and YH's wedding is rapidly approaching.......I think I might just survive and make a new life.
