The Last Post

is the name of this W.......... pub in Gilmour Square was once the splendid red sandstone central post office in Paisley built and extended between 1890 and 1912
Its replacement is a large Post Office in the Piazza shopping centre always busy, nice plush waiting seats, a stationery shop and lots of desk staff etc. Today we signed a petition to stop its closure would you believe (of course you would!!) what next a wee poky desk at the back of a shop to serve this large important town's population
