Composition No 1917 - Mull of Kintyre - Polphail
Nothing makes us Scots as proud as the land we live in. Mountains, sea and history. Grist to the mill!
Planning a wee trip to childhood haunts in a week or so. Loch Katrine, Loch Lomond, Loch Long and of course Loch Fyne with Polphail
Bought a few OS maps, since you need them in Scotland's wilder places, only to discover that the Mull of Kintyre is divided in three by the Landranger OS Maps. The Northern tip of the peninsula is on OS 62. The South is on OS 68 and OS69!
Wonder if that's why Sir Paul lives there ................
