Forest landscape

Afternoon walk in the Forest near Bourron Marlotte. Roger was thinking it was a walk we hadn't done before, but after a while, we realized we had done it before, though some time ago now, and in the opposite direction. This shot was taken fairly early in our walk, the weather improving as we walked, so by the time we finished it was a lovely late afternoon, early evening. Our daughter Jen called later in the evening, so we enjoyed a long chat with her. Our younger daughter, Laura, who is teaching at a British school in Bucharest, left today with the school ski trip, so she has a full, and I expect challenging, week ahead!
