What is this?

Now let me put this out there from the start - this is by far the worst Blip I've ever taken and I have taken some baduns. 2/10 at best. A long day of meetings, running then a study tonight has left me Blipless.

But anyway forget all that. What is this for the prize of a tub of warm butter (our fridge is on the blink and I would use that but I can't be bothered to go downstairs)
