Central Park
This is one of the best moments of the day. The blue hour on the edge of Central Park, looking south.
We walked so far and saw so much today.
Started at Washington Square, then to SoHo, Greenwich Village, The High Line, Chelsea Market, B&H Photo (my personal favorite, got a Nikon D5 hat), Empire State Building (only in the lobby), Chrysler Building (also lobby), Steinway shop (E's favorite), Lincoln Center with Juiliard School of Music, Central Park and Madison Avenue to finish the day.
My feet really hurt right now. But it was worth it. Took a few very nice street photos. I am really pleased about that.
Maybe we visit a museum tomorrow (MoMa, or the Met). And we still have to check out Little Italy and China Town.
PS1: It is really strange to be so far from home and still able to understand what people are saying.
PS2: toilets are weird, with thise big gaps between the doors.
PS3: there's steam coming out of the streets!
PS4: rats! And a LOT of squirrels, and funny red birds with mohawks! :)
