Union Jack-Just Like That!

Thomas Frederick "Tommy" Cooper (19 March 1921 - 15 April 1984).Described as a prop comedian and magician and famed for his red fez.This sculpture aptly portrays his large appearance, a lumbering 6 feet 4 inches (1.93 m) and more than 15 stone (210 lb; 95 kg) in weight. The statue dominates the vista of Caerphilly, the town of his birth.
